HINGE BROAD BUTT ZINC FIXED PIN 100 x 100 x 2.5mm

We supply standard and sinter bearing button tipped broad butt hinges across our range. We carry both fixed and loose pin to cater any door requirement for your applications.

• Sizes come in length ranging from 85mm to 100mm and thickness ranging from 2mm to 3.2mm.
• Bright Steel, Florentine Bronze, Satin Chrome, Zinc Plated Steel finishes. Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
• Supplied in both retailer and bulk pack for each size. Fixing screws are included in retailer packs.

For fixed pin hinges, the hinge pin is permanently fixed so that hinge leaves can never be removed. It provides added security making the hinges ideal for use on external doors.

For loose pin hinges, the hinge pin is can be removed so that doors can be quickly and easily lifted away. It is suitable for interior or structural doorway.

These hinge sit in recess in the door timer and jamb. Mortise tool is required for installation of the hinge. Applying bearing lubrication in the pin enables the hinge to smoothly and quietly rotate.
