Shipping

Every order at Agnew Building Supplies is treated with importance. We promise efficient deliveries in Sydney, Goulburn and Canberra within 48 hours of placing an order during normal business hours (items must be in stock; excludes weekends and public holidays).

If you require delivery (by truck) to QLD, TAS, WA, NT or NZ, please email sales@agnewonline.com.au 

We will advise all customers should additional stock be required to fulfill your order - this will result in a longer delivery turnaround.

All orders placed before 10.30am Monday to Friday will be delivered the following business day where possible, except where an item is unavailable.

Once your order has been approved, picked and loaded onto one of our delivery trucks, a notification Email will be sent to you, so you know your order is on its way.

Access to site must be made available prior to your delivery arriving on site. Access must be on ground level, unless otherwise pre-arranged.  Please leave no items obstructing the way or the drop zone.  We reserve the right to charge a turn away fee if the driver arrives at site and is unable to unload the order, or if a customer turns the delivery away due to change of mind.

Delivery Charges:
  • All Orders charged Delivery of $50.00 + GST per delivery (Total of $55.00)
  • The above Delivery Charge relates to Canberra & Goulburn Regions only
  • Express Delivery is not currently available
  • Delivery Charges quoted are subject to change.

Express Delivery – $70.00 + GST per delivery (Total of $77.00)
(NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)

If you are in urgent need of a delivery and it is past the 3pm cut off time we can offer an express delivery. This option means your order will be sent out from our warehouse the following day after the first load deliveries have left the yard. Your order will be delivered before other deliveries on that truck.

Postage - Subject to Applicability

Where postage has been selected, items smaller than 1000 x 500mm will be wrapped/packaged and delivered by Australia Post. Whilst every effort will be made, many items we supply are too large or too heavy for this service. Should this occur, you will be notified by phone or email. An additional delivery fee by Truck may be incurred.

Click and Collect

111 HIGH STREET, QUEANBEYAN EAST, NSW 

Items may be arranged for collection from our Queanbeyan office if required. The turnaround is 24-48 hours depending on availability. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.  Online orders can be picked up from Agnew Building Supplies Queanbeyan Office between 7am and 4pm Monday – Friday. Simply choose Pick Up as the delivery method in the checkout. Free parking out front.

136 HUME STREET, GOULBURN, NSW (access via Finlay Road)

Online orders can be picked up from Agnew Building Supplies Goulburn Warehouse between 8am and 2pm Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed and paid for prior to collection.  Simply choose Pick Up as the delivery method in the checkout.  Please call to arrange a collection time.
