  1. These terms and conditions are for the Agnew Building Supplies Fathers Day Giveaway (Promotion).
  2. This promotion is run by Agnew Building Supplies Pty Ltd (Promoter/Seller).
  3. The promotion applies to all current available stock displayed on the Agnew Building Supplies website (https://www.agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au) during the promotion (Eligible Product).
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any Eligible Product from sale at any time during the Promotion without notice.

  1. Any currently available product featured on the Agnew Building Supplies website https://www.agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au

Fathers Day Giveaway

  1. An Eligible Buyer must place an order during the Promotion Period of $50 or more online at agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au which will grant them one entry into the draw.
  2. Only one entry into the draw will be granted per online order of $50 or more.
  3. Eligible Buyers can order multiple times and gain multiple entries as long as each order value is $50 or more.
  4. TOTAL PRIZE VALUE - $2,168 RRP
    1. 1st Prize - MICHELIN HIGH PRESSURE WASHER/CLEANER with 8M HOSE, DOUBLE SPEED, ADJ & ROTARY NOZZLES, 600l/h, 2600PSI | MPX30EHB valued at $1,336
    2. 2nd Prize & 3rd Prize - MICHELIN HIGH PRESSURE WASHER/CLEANER with 6M HOSE, ROTARY JET & NOZZLE KIT, 460 l/h, 2030PSI | MPX19EH valued at $416 to be eligible The discounts will be applied to the Eligible Products listed above purchased online at agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au during the Promotion Period
  5. All entries will be placed into an excel spreadsheet and be randomly selected by XLOOKUP and RAND functions.
  6. Winners will be able to collect their prize from Agnew Building Supplies, 111 High Street Queanbeyan, NSW from 7.00am Tuesday 9 September, 2025.

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion starts at 5.00pm Tuesday 19 August 2025 and ends at 12.00am Sunday 7 September 2025 unless cancelled by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  2. Winners will be notified via email by 5pm Monday 8 September, 2025.

Eligibility

  1. Natural persons, Companies and Agnew Building Supplies account holders (Eligible Buyer) are eligible to receive the discount. 
  2. All Eligible Buyers who during the Promotion Period purchase an Eligible Product online at agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au with a minimum order value of $50 are eligible.

General

  1. The Promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions set out in the sale contract.
  2. The Promotion may be withdrawn, or these terms and conditions amended, at any time after the commencement of the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer relating to an Eligible Product.
