  1. These terms and conditions are for the Agnew Building Supplies EOFY Sale (Promotion)
  2. This promotion is run by Agnew Building Supplies Pty Ltd (Promoter/Seller)
  3. The promotion applies to current available stock of any product displayed on the Agnew Building Supplies website (https://www.agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au) during the promotion (Eligible Product)
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any Eligible Product from sale at any time without notice.

Eligible Product

  1. Any currently available product featured on the Agnew Building Supplies website https://www.agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au

3% Discount

  1. The 3% discount will be applied to the Eligible Products listed above purchased online at agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au during the Promotion Period
  2. An Eligible Buyer must input the promotional code EOFY3 at checkout to receive the 3% discount:
    1. At checkout the cart will display your price inclusive of gst.
    2. Once the promotional code is entered, the discount will be applied and displayed ($amount deducted) and a revised total will be displayed inclusive of gst.

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion starts at 7.00am Thursday 27 June 2024 and ends at 5.00pm Sunday30 June 2024 unless cancelled by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

Eligibility

  1. Natural persons, Companies and Agnew Building Supplies account holders (Eligible Buyer) are eligible to receive the discount. 
  2. All Eligible Buyers who during the Promotion Period purchase an Eligible Product online agnewbuildingsupplies.com.au are eligible.

General

  1. The Promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions set out in the sale contract.
  2. The Promotion may be withdrawn, or these terms and conditions amended, at any time after the commencement of the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer relating to an Eligible Product.
