MATERIAL TAKE OFF SERVICE
WHAT IS IT?
A material take off is a comprehensive list of materials and quantities (BOQ - Bill of Quantities) required to complete your construction project and includes a detailed cost estimate. These cost estimtes are combined into a total material cost for your project which will assist you in budgeting and calculating the overall cost of your project.
What materials are required + estimate of how much of each material is required + the cost of the materials required + location of delivery = total cost of your project
STEPS
1. Email us at takeoff@agnewonline.com.au all of the information on your project and include what you would like help with;
2. Provide us with the relevant architectural and/or engineering plans needed for take off;
3. Advise your timeframe - we need to understand when you are looking to take delivery of your take off items;
4. We will contact you at this point to confirm your requirements and ask for further/outstanding information;
5. We will get to work on your project - this may take up to a week to finalise;
6. You will be provided with a quote via email - this is your material take off list and associated costs;
7. Confirm your quote and place your order with us;
8. Delivery!!
