Our Silt Fence can be used for temporary sediment control on construction sites.
The Silt fence helps protect the waterways by preventing soil, sediment, rubbish and other organic matters entering our drains and water ways.
Most commonly used on construction sites, earth works and roadworks.
To install Silt Fence…
- Dig a trench line using a Trenching Shovel
- Install Wood Stakes to help support the Silt Fence.
- Place the Silt Fence in the trench and secure to Wood Stake supports or Steel Fencing Posts.
- Back fill the trench with soil securing your Silt Fence
Be sure to inspect the fence after heavy rainfall for any damage.
